Yes — every site at Pioneer Trails has water, sewer and electric, with both 30 and 50 amp service. Sites are large and level with room for your slide-outs.
Yes. RVs must be 10 years old or newer, or approved by management. We’re happy to take a look at well-maintained older rigs — just send us a few photos.
Absolutely — we’re a pet-friendly park. There is a limit of 2 dogs per site, with a 50 lb weight limit, and certain aggressive breeds (pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans and similar) are not permitted. Dogs must be leashed (6 ft max), attended and picked up after.
No. We do not allow tent camping, pop-up campers, conversion vans or trailers. Our sites are designed for RVs, fifth-wheels and motorhomes, and we also offer camping cabins.
Rates are based on 2 adults, 2 children (under 16) and up to 2 vehicles, with full hook-up included. Pets, extra vehicles and ancillary trailers are additional. Any vehicle or trailer beyond two parks in our overflow lot.
Yes. We offer small (sleeps 2) and large (sleeps 4) camping cabins with electricity, heat, a microwave and a mini-fridge. Cabins do not include water or linens and are not pet-friendly.
Pickleball courts, a tennis court, a fitness center, restrooms and hot showers, coin laundry, a community picnic shelter, a playground, WiFi and cell service — plus a picnic table and fire pit at every site.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and all visitors must depart by 10:00 PM. The campground speed limit is 5 mph and strictly enforced.
Nightly stays require a one-night deposit, refundable (minus a $10 fee) with 15+ days’ notice. Monthly stays require a $200 deposit, refundable (minus $10) with 30+ days’ notice. There is no refund for early departure.
Yes. Monthly sites require a 3-month minimum. Stays over 28 days require a completed application and screening (background and credit check), and stays over 6 months include a non-refundable application fee. See our Rates & Reservations page to get started.
